They always make a critical decisions and do their best to solve any problems when company face .Should company fail, CEO may be blamed because of their managment.Take gulistan’s souvenier company’ as an example.Despite the efford that make company more productive place, because of some underestimated problems, this place experienced failure. Unlike other regular workers, Chief Executive Officer invested a money to recover the company’ status.
On the other hand, this common practice may couse a demotivation among employees. Because of the higher salaries headmasters earn, workers may think that they are unvalued, so that they do their work effordlessly without any hardships. This negligences can definitely affect the companies’ overall well being, may led to poor productivity.For instance, it is clear that most of the works done by common workers. If they don’t take the responsibilities more seriously, this may cause produce poor goods and eventually lost more consumers in their space.
