many people assert that, recognizing outstanding performance in school may convey unnecessary stress and burn out, while others advocates this is a good way of promoting possetive competition among pupils, which will foster excellence in their performance. I firmly believe rewarding high acheievers will bring a sence of acomplishement and encouragement, which is great way to raise cometent generation, but this should be balanced with its effect on other children.
Proponents advocates that the struggle to get a highest grade will result in hard working and disciplined students. For example, in schools practicing grading system you can observe children are focused on their education and parents give emphsis on helping their childeren, than those schools with out these platform. Additionaly, the sense of motivation and robust confidence illustrated by students getting praised, will create inspiration to work hard.
On the other hand, some individual argue the need to strive for success will potentially result psychological stress and burnout. For example, analytic thinking and educational performance is individualized. Therefore, Encouraging students to acheieve more than they can comprhend will result feeling of inadequacy and depression. The fact that not all students are expected to go to university or succeed in thier education, should be kept in mind. For example, some student who underperform on thier studies can do well on the other fields like social, art and music.
In conclusion, rewarding children for outstanding educational achievement have both advantages and disadvantages. But, I still conted that students should be promotted for their achievement, However, the beneifit of acknowledgeing hard work should be balanced with its effect on other children, whose individual strength is towards non- academic fields.
