Nowadays, a lot of individuals negotiate about pleasant and comfortable at work is more essential than security, on the other hand some people thought and think it is very hard to predict satisfaction in work and believe stable job is more essential, In my opinion pleasant and satisfaction more useful and more important in long term in our community. Let me to illustrate this.

Firstly, the environment of working is one of important factors which enhance any business to improve, and become stable and remain for long time. For example satisfaction of workers in company is essential and one of beneficial methods to grow for log time. To illustrate that, working in comfortable zone become beneficial than work in stress or uncomfortable, because that impact on our business as increase of productivity, offer suitable area to be more creating and intelligent in your field ,Further more rise of customer satisfaction, in addition to significant increasing in number of new customer. For example in Japan there are many creator and intelligent people in different sector and become popular around the world, due to offer suitable environment as satisfaction and motivation them to do the best.

Secondly, hiring some people in startup business or big company without consideration of satisfaction and freedom to make creative things and smart , in addition to obligated to rules and policy of company and be careful to lose the job, just need money, without concerning of loyalty and honesty, that is will impact on business negatively and lead to some issue effect on behavior of worker and anybody work at this organization ,further more decrease of client and decrease of process of purchasing of customer in addition to fallen in peak of some sales and decrease of outcome and profit of organization, on the other hand effect on image and reputation of business ,furthermore rapid turnover situations of employees ,and gradual decrease in some process due to decrease of manpower and sharply fall in profit and income state of company.
