The Artificial Intelligence is the present trend in the world technology and science, though it is concerned by academics and world leaders to retain the stability in states economy at its heavy growth. Hence, there are two different views have generated; one describes as it leads to scarcity of jobs and the other being the opposite stating create fresh jobs. I have a balanced view, that is artificial intelligence fulfil the gaps created within jobs and further it supports to create fresh opportunities as well. Hence, how this can be possible in the modern world has addressed in below paragraphs.
Presently, we all live in highly technologically advanced world where artificial intelligence used for many works such as for effective production, cost cutting, strategical thinking, security measures, innovations, constructions, medical research, etc. At this all-work, artificial intelligence provide more than the accuracy human experts can provide, hence this technology would be replacing some critical positions within the organization losing some human jobs. Furthermore, this technology can replace some technical positions like building and machine designers and analysis, general practitioners in health sector, lawyers, inspectors of different services incorporated to robotic, etc. Hence, this science can undertake the work of human being by utilizing machines.
Further to replacing different jobs as stated in the above, the artificial intelligence creates job opportunities as well. The innovation it suggests should be physically carried out by professionals in particular fields, hence, creating more employment openings. Additionally, those create subcategories of physical workers for reducing unemployment in a country. For an example, though general practitioners may be reduced, but new findings of patients need to be checked and do needful medical assistance prior giving them the diagnosis reports and relevant medication/ treatments by again general practitioners and specialists. Similarly other jobs too creating further vacancies for various skills. Therefore, artificial intelligence makes more job opportunities as well.
In conclusion, it is evident that this technology replaces human from different portfolios well as create more opportunities for people to work assuring an efficient result at the end thus balancing each job losses and creating new opportunities.
