It is argued that it is better to teach children to manage their money when they are young. However, others believe that children should focus on a broader range of subjects. I agree with the latter view that other subjects are more important than saving, as I believe that children should learn how to invest at young ages.
On the one hand, it is believed that children should learn how to manage their budget at a young age, as it is crucial for their future life when they get older. From this perspective, it is beneficial for parents to teach children how to spend money on their daily needs. For example, parents can allocate a fixed amount of money for kids and ask them to spent it moderately for a month. Thus, they learn to manage their money during the period of time and become more independent.
On the other hand, there are a number of skills that children should learn as they are younger, such as communication skills which allow children to make friends in their educational years. Moreover, communicating with others plays a crucial role for the future of students because it shapes how youngsters behave with family and friends and prepare them for community. In my opinion, teaching kids how to invest their money in a variety of opportunities from the beginning of their childhood is more important. For instance, investing in banks from an early age not only benefits a child but can also be a source of money for family.
In conclusion, teaching youngsters from an early age how to invest money is better that how to spend them, In addition, parents can benefit from the invested money by children in the future.
