I strongly agree with this view, as education not only equips inhabitants with knowledge and skills but also promotes values. However, in my personal perspective, I believe that there are still many other ways besides education that can effectively decrease the crime rate, and in this essay, I will present my point of view.

Furthermore, it can raise living standards and decrease unemployment rates, thereby reducing the crime raise.
On the other hand, improving security systems will make citizens feel safe and protected.
