Homework
I agree with the view due to optimizing ways to assess students’ abilities.
On the one hand, there are clear arguments that students with excessive pressure and do not reflect a students’ true potential. One of the reasons could be that, some people suffer from nerves when they are under pressure causing some individuals experience nervousness when placed under pressure which could significantly impact their performance and well-being. This response is often triggered by high-stakes situations such as public speaking, exams or job interviews. The body reacts by increasing adrenaline, which may lead to physical symptoms like shaking or a racing heartbeat. As a result, the pressure that is meant to motivate can become a barrier to success. Another reason can be that exams do not assess ability , only knowledge because it depresses people and not everyone can show their abilities . I don’t always think that evaluation is a test
On the other hand, I agree with the viewpoint that exams are effective way to assess students’ abilities firstly, I believe that it is a controlled way to assess a person this control minimizes personal bias and enables comparisons between individuals or groups for example, aptitude tests in hering processes help employers measure candidates problem solving skills in a structured environment.secondly, I also feel that if they want to improve their knowledge , they can take various exams and if they get a bad score, they can work on it a little more .they will achieve success through their knowledge
In conclusion, although exams as a means of assessment is a beneficial for a number of reasons such as suffering under pressure and assessing ability in the knowledge yet I believe to controlling way to assess and evaluating knowledge on time
