In recent times, there has been an ongoing debate on the topic of achieving success. Some individuals are asserting that good planning is the key for success. Others contend that important factors are hard work and luck. This essay will look both perspectives before arriving at a reasoned conclusion. I, however, believe that latter view is more beneficial. There are several reasons why people might argue that planning is beneficial. For example, if the plan is perfect, achieving to some goals might be easier. It might be easier because planning impacts on work. For instance, when people plan how to do something, people find it easier to achieve goals.Moreover, planning creates growth without stopping and we can improve, stable. In spite of above arguments, I support that hard working and luck play an important role to be successful in life. One of the main reasons is creativity and discipline. These two things relate to hard working. For example, if the staffs are hard work, they can lead to be successful company and they drastically achieve their goals with luck.
