In contemporary society, we encounter a myriad of issues that warrant discussion and debate in order to arrive at logical solutions that benefit large communities. Among these issues, some people believe that having a university degree is the best way to secure a good job, while others argue that skills and experienceare more important. It is imperative to explore this topic comprehensively, analyzing both its advantages and disadvantages before forming a well-founded conclusion.
To begin with, there are several reasons why people think that having a university degree is the best way to secure a good job. Among the younger generation, many aspire to obtain high degrees in order to secure employment in reputable positions. For instance, one man from a poor family had parents who wanted him to be educated and earn a degree so that he could secure a good job. Our lifestyles have certainly changed as a result.
Moreover, another significant case is my own journey. I am a physiotherapist, and after completing my master’s degree, I was able to secure a good job. However, during this journey, I faced many hurdles because finding a job often requires experience and references. After three years of searching, I finally secured a position.
From my perspective, I would like to emphasize that education plays a vital role in our lives. Without education, we may never get a good job, and without experience and skills, we cannot achieve high positions in our workplaces.
