Nowadays, juvenile crime is becoming a serious issue in many countries. Some people think that children wgo commit crimes should be punished. While, others argue that parents should be punished because they plays an important role for raising their children. This essay will discuss both perspective before presenting my opinion.
On the one hand, many individuals think that children should be panished for their crimes. Firstly, punishment help them to understand the difference between right and wrong. If they are not punished, they may repeat the same mistakes in the future. Secondly, children should learn to take the responsibility for their own action, so that they can become a responsible adults. However, punishment should not be too harse, instead it should help them to improve their behavior and learn moral value.
On the other hand, some people think that parents should be punished. Because parents are the first teacher of their children. When parents ignore their responsibilty, don’t give proper guidance of their children, children may involve several crimes. Because without parental guidance children don’t have the ability to identify which are wrong and right work. Therefore, people can say, choosing wrong path a children support Parents.
In conclusion, both children and parents have significant responsibilities. When children imvole any crime that time they should be punished, beacuse they must learn from their mistakes. If parents are careless or fail to guide their children they should also share same responsibility. In this way, both children and parents support reduce to crime and built a healther society.
