Secondly , senior employees who have a long and tough time with trials and tribulations have accumulated good experience in terms of working skills such as solving problems, soft skills and so on that younger people can not study in a couple of periods. As a result , the new employees will learn knowledge from elders who master this position and the company will save time and cost of training and guiding the new employees. For instance, a young person with no experience as a director would be bewildered when faced with a crisis and eventually his decisions would harm the business’s growth. Instead of that, senior workers can wonder for their company during the hardships with their exceptional experience and simultaneously connect and build strong teams.
On the other hand, nations still have some rules to regulate retirement for older populations who need to have rest after long and tough times working. They spend all their young life devoted to their career and being responsible for their family. They deserve to have leisure time in their later times to do whatever.
