In this era of modernization, people have a mixed feelings of job satisfaction. Some accepts to be in a unsatisfactory job and others argues that, it is better to switch in order to improve job satisfaction.
In my opinion, i believe that it is better to switch job rather than doing a job which is unsatisfactory or pays less. To cite an example, most of the people works for money. if the pay scale is not good of a company, it might lead to job dissatisfaction meanwhile, If the work environment is bad, it will also be a reason. poor office culture, office politics, bad management is some of the key reason.
However, some people believes that, it is okay to be in a bad situation. As i have worked for different companies, I have noticed that there are some people who doesn’t want to switch their job even if the money is poor or the environment is bad. There are some phycological factors as well as a fear of not getting a better job. The people who accepts to be in a bad situation, most of them have a fear that they might not get a better opportunity than their current job. For instance, some job holders have a insecurity that they are not capable enough and they will not be able to get a better job where as in reality, it is nothing but a misconception. if someone tries to do good, they will do good, no matter how bad the situation is.
In conclusion, there will always be a debate regarding job satisfaction. Some people convince their selves that it is best to accept a bad situation and some people believes that it is better to try and improve if the job is not satisfactory in terms of money and environment.
