Some people believe that vertical city is to better to live and work with multiple tall buildings. In my opinion, the people who dwell in the city which has low rise construction are more beneficial compared with skyscrapers and tall rise buildings.
On one hand the people who resides in horizontal city with low rise construction are benefited based on financial and security purposes. If the residents are in private houses, there is no need to pay a great deal of money to the services. Additionally, if the inhabitants reside in this type of locality are much safer when they reside in lower grounds. For example, if the fire captures inside household it would be easier to escape or find the way to exit incase of emergency situations, it does not consumes much time.
On the other hand, the people who reside in vertical city with multiple tall buildings seems to the best choice. The city with skyscrapers will have more public usage because there will be less land used for the residential areas. As a result, the government would be able to use the land for building hospitals, schools and places for entertainment purposes. Furthermore, it is convenient for the residents who resides at top of the apartments and special thanks to the shopping mall and the serivce centers who chose to be at lower floors.
In conclusion, while living in a horizontal city have some benefits, it seems to me that the people residing in vertical city have more advantages and are beneficial.
