Nowadays, people faced many diseases of their health and diet. A lot of individuals have different opinions about this trend. Some people believe that citizens should take responsibility of their own health and diet, while others argue that it is crucial to make sure that individuals have a healthy diet by government. In my view, although both sides have strong arguments, I consider that people should focus on their health and stay safely. However, government also should provide free medical service and awareness of healthy food. This essay will address both perspectives.
On the one hand, there are a number of reasons why people should take their own health and diet responsibilities. One possible reason is that people have free to choose their food. By choosing food, people can take nutrition foods that make their body fit and healthy. Another major reason is that jogging and gym seasons. For example, when individuals go to jogging in the morning or go to gym, it helps to stay fit as well as it reduces fat. As a result, people do not fall in disease.
On the other hand, there are numerous reasons of government should ensure a healthy diet for citizens. Firstly, if the government increases the junk food rate, people will not eat a lot of junk food. Without raising junk food price, it is impossible to put away people from eating fast food. Secondly, government should provide healthy foods to schools for students. Students will stay fit and healthy if government gives them school meals. Additionally, government should aware of food. People know what foods are unhealthy and they do not have it, when government aware them about harmful meals.
In conclusion, although both sides of the arguments present compelling points, citizens responsibly take their own health and diet showed many reasons, such as freedom of choice, going to jogging and gym. By contrast, government helps to support them eating healthy food and awareness about unhealthy food. Taking all factors into consideration, it can be argued that people stay careful to their health with government support.
