Some people believe that job satisfaction is more crucial than salary, while others disagree. This essay will examine both perspectives before explaining why I believe that salary is more important than job satisfaction.
Advocates of job satisfaction argue that it plays a crucial role in people’s lives. There are several reasons for this. First, if you enjoy your work, you want to go to your workplace frequently. You perform this work with love, and as a result, it makes you happy. Second, you don’t focus on salary and don’t expect employees to pay you. One significant advantage of this is that you don’t feel bored by anything, which can ultimately lead to make you distract.
Furthermore, job satisfaction is not just thing it is a part of work.
In contrast, critics claim that employers should pay money for our work this is because they don’t satisfy of their work and money interests them only. They also argue that they unsociable with stuff they don’t wanna coming to work. As a conclusion, they wish I have a millions of dollar. Some of them consider they are well off. They believe that I have a job and money.
In conclusion all things considered, both arguements are understandable to some extent. Nevertheless, in my perspective I am inclined to believe that money is more necessary in the long term but my character is don’t like to it.
