sleeping is a well-know form of relaxion, however it is often claimed by people that there are better methods of relexation like physcial acticities and doing some exercises. Let’s discuss both sides of this argument in the following essay.

First and foremost, I strongly believe that sleeping plays a vital role in our lives and also in resting our body and mind. For instance, speaking from my personal experience and from what I have heard even just taking a little nap can make a difference. Personally, I would also come back really tired from school and nonenergetic, but after sleeping for a while I would feel the same as at the start of the day. The crucial part about sleeping is also the fact that it plays significant role in our everyday life, so we all must sleep 8 hours to not get sleepy throughout the day. Moreover, even if we do, we can take a nap at the afternoon and feel as fresh as before.

On the other hand, number of people, reckons that being physically active is beneficial way of resting aswell. As we all know, being healthy and having healthy lifestyle should be our number one priorote. So wny not mix health with relax. For example, for some poeple doing exercises is their type of resting, since it helps them to clear their minds. It might be little controversional opinion, but what matters is that it works for some people.

To sum up all the information provided, I suppose that both of the alternatives do work and have their own pros. It is just all about an indivudual and which type of relexation he prefers.
