Many individuals think that teachers have a significant part in educational success, while others believe it is students’ attitudes that matter. I agree with the former viewpoint that a teacher’s primary role is to impart information or knowledge, and a student’s level of knowledge is in great part dependent on their teacher’s level.
On the one hand, there are clear arguments that students’ attitudes matter. One of the main reasons is that teachers play a primary part in explaining new information or knowledge. This means that if teachers teach more and more new items about lessons, even if it hard when students are growing, they will reap the benefits of their labor. Teachers’ roles in students’ lives are beneficial. Therefore, they must teach their students through modern systems, such as electronic boards or monitors. Another reason is that students’ levels of knowledge are in great part dependent on their teachers’ levels. This is why, if students are diligent, they may catch up to their teachers. Everything depends on students’ actions, as well as labor.
On the other hand, I agree with the viewpoint that teachers’ roles are important for students to be successful in education. Firstly, I believe that students need to be motivated or inspired by a teacher. This is because teachers should increase their students’ motivation and desire. In spite of having families, teachers always support their students. Additionally, when students are bored or tired, teachers inspire them. Secondly, I also feel that teachers need good classroom management skills. This means that, as nowadays technology is developing, teachers have the best way to teach with well-known systems. Teachers must focus on lessons, which must be explained well.
In conclusion, although teachers’ primary role is to impart information or knowledge, and a student’s level of knowledge is in great part dependent on their teacher’s level, conversely, I think that students need to be motivated or supported by a teacher, and teachers need good classroom management skills
