There is an ongoing debate as to whether the advantages of teachers should be a lead for children and highlight appropriate and inappropriate behavior outweigh the advantages of professors’ responsibility is only teaching and bringing academic knowledge. While proponents of teachers being role models for students argue that it enhances morale and ???, many people believe that they are not responsible for behavior because it is primary goal of their parents. Although both sides make valid points, I would suppose that teachers should concentrate only on the successful result of class instead of giving them moral standards of life which can be different from one family to another.
On the one hand, it could be argued that the main professional function of teachers is broadening students’ horizons with new subjects. For example, math, economics and so on. It means that they tend to transmit knowledge from themselves to new generations which demands a lot of effort for several classes during days. It helps to save our cultural inheritance such as a history memory of wars, explorations and other significant things. Moreover, there is a low income among teachers. Extra workload should be overpaid or it will be a huge dis
On the other hand, in some cases, students are spending most of their days at schools and universities. It is believed that students are influenced crucially by their professors. In other words, children can follow professors’ lead with the right rules in society which boost generational innocence. However, I tend to think that new generations are more dependent on social influencers and their parents who are future examples of their life staples.
To sum up, I firmly believe that teachers should be encouraged in teaching more than upbringing. Therefore, these efforts will lead to better academic results which would enhance society literacy.
