It is believed by a range of people that teaching students how to behave and act should be an obligation for educators. A variety of people deem that educators must only educate school subjects. Even though it would be better for children to learn how to behave properly not only at home, but also at schools too, it would take a considerable amount of time to focus on these subjects.
Firstly, it should be a parent’s job to teach their children how to behave, and if they cannot deal with it, children should be sent to studying centers that focus only on behavior. A large number of individuals count on teachers to educate social skills to their students, and even though students get educated in these subjects, the education of social problems is not as significantly taught as other subjects.
From another perspective, some people think that social education should not be taught at schools and only parents should educate their children about their social life and how to behave. For instance, some kids cannot even keep up with their academic subjects, and taking up classes to learn appropriate behavior would be a countless amount of work. Another motive is each child has his own way of learning what is right and what is wrong, and it would be too challenging for teachers to educate every student in just one lesson.
In conclusion, the way of acting and appropriate behavior should be taught at schools, but not too excessive, so that children could mainly focus on academic subjects. It should be mostly parents’ job to teach their children the right way of acting.
