Nowadays, many people think that the only solution to reduce serious crimes is capital punishment, while others believe that the death penalty is brutal and ineffective. In this essay, I wil discuss both sides and give my point of view.
Due to killing people is unforgivable crime, the capital punishment might be the right sentence. If government establishes this sentence, the amount of cruel crimes will decrease. The government must only impose the death penalty for killing people and terror attack. Criminals might fear of this punishment. For example, if somebody kills a person, he or she should take an equal rsponse. When execution is released in front of the crowd, they will fear of killing people or terror.
On the other hand, there are two main reasons to establishing the capital punishment is not appropriate and effective way. Firstly, the death penalty is truly inhuman and not appropriate to religion. For instance, if judges order a death penalty to criminal, who carries out this order. Killing people is considered as a sin in every religion. Secondly, sometimes the court goes wrong and make not right decisions. Becuase evidences and proofs might be changed deliberatley to accuse innocent people. In a result, innocent person is killed due to wrong decision.
In conclusion, the death penalty is not the most effective and appropriate solution according to religion and human factor in the court.
