In many countries, people think that the government should not provide university education for those students who cannot pay for their own studies. I partly agree with this idea, because there are a number of students who are clever enough but cannot pay for university.
At first, if societies offer everyone a chance to study at a university by funding all their course needs, all of them will graduate a university and try to work in highly paid or high status jobs, and this causes to a huge number of people to be unemployed in the future. It is due to that as many people graduate university, they do not want to work in low paid jobs, then cannot find a job. That is why fewer number of people should be taught at universities.
Although there are some students who are from poor background, and cannot pay for it. I think, people from poor background should be offered to study if they have enough knowledge to study at the university. Because, if universities only teach students who have money, and do not pay attention to those who have enough knowledge but low income, it will lead to some problems in society later. In my opinion, money is not the main factor, instead their knowledge should be admitted.
To conclude, I do not fully agree with the idea that government should not pay course fees for any students, and only the students who are able to afford it, should have a chance to study at universities. This is because, many people from poor background cannot pay university education but have good knowledge should also be offered to study at universities.
