There is an ongoing debate about our habits, a group of people prefer to embrace changes in various parts of life, while others cling to routine. This essay will discuss both perspectives, before presenting my own opinion that, to avoid from our comfort zone can play crucial role in our way of life, because, we can adapt different situation easily, create new opportunities and improve our personality.

First and foremost, some people tent to experience new thing in their life instead of stability. These changes can be from different side of life, for instance, there are many people avoid their traditional education and go to study in the abroad, while others try to experience something which is unusual for them, such as hiking, painting and etc. All of them give them dynamic lifestyle, personal grow, faster adaptability and these types essential abilities which are more crucial at their career and individual life.

On the other hand, some people prefer the monotony such as same behaviors and mindset, because, they don’t like to take any risk. The stability from different aspects such as financial, emotional make to fell relax them. In the modern era, changing can face us unexpected issues. To illustrate, an employee who works in better position wouldn’t take any risk while look for new job, because this process can come with financial problems.

To summarize, some people like stability, while others open for new changes. I strongly advocate that, to avoid comfort zone can give us new chances at work environment, education and self-improvement, especially in the new era, you must be ready to adapt to technology and modern life.
