It is a true that many individuals believe that life in private house is better than living in a flat. While other people are sure that living in an apartment is more comfortable and they would never agree to relocate to some cottage.
On the one hand, living in a house has an obviously advantages. For example, you have not loudly neighbours behind the wall so nobody would not interfere you doing repairment. Also, you can design not only an interior of your room and kitchen as you can do in apartment. In addition, you have an opportunity to make an exterior more attractive and unique too.
On the other hand, maintain the good condition of house is more expansive than do it for the accommodation. For instance, if you have a house than you have a grass and you have to cut it every week. As a rule, a private house requires more electrical supply and other utility than a flat so it is more expansive too. Therefore, if you live in an apartment, you have less utility bills, you need not fix the roof of your home and it is less probability that some wild animal visits your room.
For the reasons mentioned above, it seems to me that living in a house has more disadvantages than and advantages compared with living in a flat because maintenance of a private home is a big responsibility. So, you have to be a very successful person or have a lot of free time to maintain your house in a well condition. In general, this lifestyle is too expansive and it requires much attention to clean wide squares and fix it every year.
