Nowadays, one of the most popular topics is residence. Some individuals prefer living in a house, whereas others believe that life in an apartment is better. Are there more positive aspects than negative of living in a house compared with living in an apartment?

In this essay, I will discuss advantages and disadvantages of the house and then I will sum up.

The main reason that certain people choose to live in a house is its spaciousness. This choice provides privacy, a large space, when no one can distract you from your business and you can be as noisy as you want. Also, it is suitable for extended families since a garden can be grown and a playground can be built. It would seem that there are no drawbacks here, but is this really so?

As mentioned earlier, the biggest advantage of the house is its size, but it is also the reason why the cost of owning and maintaining a private residence is higher than a flat. On the other hand, the problem can be solved if people adhere to financial literacy.

In conclusion, despite the high price of living in a house, I believe that the large space matters more.
