In modern days, healthcare is one of the concerns between people. Some individuals would rather pass the buck to the doctors, let them take care of their health with medical inventions than build a healthy life for themselves. This assumption may cause negative impact on people’s lifestyle, here are the reasons and solutions for this.

The major problem is that if people lean on doctors and medical treatments but do nothing to be actively prevent illness, public healthcare will become worse, result in the problem that there are not enough skilled professionals to cope with those illnesses.

Although this trend witnessed a significant grow among society, here are some solutions. Improving people’s awareness about self-care, show them how to maintain a healthy, balance lifestyle are two of the most important things. For instance, social media have a great influence on youngsters these days, run advertisements and programmes related to healthcare, helping injured, etc., might be the most effective way to show people how important is it to taking care of themselves, as well as others. Additionally, government should encourage citizens playing sport, working out, being healthy by put free sport amenities in public area. For example, in Vietnam, there are a lot of sport equipments like treadmill or even dumbbell are put in public park, people can use it without paying fee. Consequently, more people will spend their time trying out these facilities, keeping fit and staying healthy.

To conclude, there are several negative impacts on public healthcare if we depend too much on doctors and medical treatments. That is why this phenomenon should be stop. Following the given solutions, I believe that the public physical-wellbeing will be improved and this issue will be solved.
