Many people argue that living a long and being healthy does not depend on maintaining a balanced diet and regular exercise. While its true that great access to the healthcare and genetics can influence to humas’ well-being, In my opinion healthy deit and constantly exercising are have great effects for both longevity and overall health.

Admittedly, some people manage to live long despite their unhealth lifestyle. This often due to the genetics or just a fortunate circumstance. For example, there is cases who smoke, eat unhealthy foods and live in a sedentary lifestyle, yet still reaches to live long. Furthermore, modern medicines manage to prevent various diseases and extend life expectancy. Therefore, it could be argued that a good diet aand regular exercise are not the only factors of healthy life and life expectancy.

However, this exemples are just a exceptions rather than the rules of life. A nutrition diet provide body with essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients which leads to proper functioning of body. People who consume balanced meals are less likely to suffer from obesity, diabetes and heart disease. As a result, they can enjoy from the higher quality of their life and they only remains doing regular exercise that tey can reach to the advanced age.

Regular exercise is equally important. Physical activities improve both mental and physical health, and helps to maintain a healthy weight. In addition, exercise lowers the risk of numerous diseases and reduces stress. Scientific research generally demonstrates a person who constanly engage in regular activities tend to live longer and experiences fewer health issues than those who live in sedentary life.

In conclusion, although medical advancements play significant role in life expantancy, I firmly believe that healthy diet and regular exercise are fundamental requirements for a long and healthy life. They not only give long and healthy life, but also provide cognitive and physical health.
