It is often argued that having a university degree is the best way to get a good job, whereas others believe that having skills and experience is more essential than having a university degree. In my opinion, having life experiences is more vital than having a degree when getting a job.
University degree is the most wanted thing among individuals, because having a university degree can have a positive impact on people’s future profession. As a result, many students try their best to get a degree. It is clear that many superior professions such as being manager, politician, and director requires people an university degree in order to apply them. Some people need a degree to get applied to a job in foreign country. For example, many young students seek the best ways to get a degree and get a good position at the workplace.
Despite these arguments, I remain convinced that if individuals’ have their own skills and experience, they are more likely to get a better work than those who only have a degree. For example, becoming a successful businessman doesn’t require documents like certificates or degrees, it only requires a good management skill, experience and confidence. Being polite can get individuals a job in some cases. In some companies, workers should not only have a degree, but also they should have a polite behavior and nice characteristics to work with customers.
In conclusion, there may be several benefits of a degree while getting a job, I believe that having appropriate skills and characteristics can be more hlpful most of the time.
