Education is essential for maintaining proper pathway in today’s world. Every step, from top to bottom level, prioritizes fundamental knowledge above practical proficiency. In this essay I overview both sides and demonstrate the real scenario.

Admittedly, the process of study in most institutions centers on learning. Students learn more without practical skills achieve better results. Learners successfully complete their students life often lack practical knowledge, they cannot respond well during critical thinking. For instance, pharmacists who earn a degree without practical skills cannot apply their competency properly because of deficiency in technical knowledge. Important for students success in higher education is the role that practical experience plays in training. This experience provides visual understanding and helps students remember knowledge more deeply.

Moreover, the solution to contemporary challenges requires fundamental technical skills. Undergraduate education now emphasises independent study over lecture based instruction, but theoretical understanding remains mandatory. For example, recently graduated students fail to succeed in job interviews because they were never taught how to do so. Therefore, the educational curriculum should be updated depending on the time and requirements.Not only theoretical skills is mandatory for study, but also technical skills essential to fulfill the competency.

In conclusion, educational organizational bodies and scholars at all levels play vital role in ensuring a proper education process for students to ensure prosperous life. The problem can only be solved by providing students with more real world learning opportunities.
