Some people believe that language students learn more effectively in small classes, while others argue that the number of students does not matter. In my opinion, although the quality of teaching is important, studying in a small class is more beneficial because students receive more individual attention and have more opportunities to practise speaking.
on the one hand , in large classes when there are a lot of people , studnt cannot focus on doing something .because the other students will bother them with asking something and a lot of people paying attention for that . despite in large classes people can develop their speaking by talking with different type of people , because in large classes would be lot of people and they may not be same in conversation. in addition, in large classes there re more opportunities to group work , because the amount of students in large clsses they can divide to a lot of groups and they can easily discuss with each other .
On the other hand, in small classes, students can learns more effectively because teachers can pay more attention to each student. For example, when students do not understand something, they can ask their teacher and get an answer easily. Moreover, students has more opportunities to speak English during lessons, which can help them improve their speaking skills. As a result, they can learn a language more faster and become more confident.
In conclusion, although large classes allows students to communicate with different people, I believe that small classes are better for language learning because students can focuses more easily and receive more help from their teachers.
