It is often said that individuals from other races, age groups and different cultures can be brought together with the help of music as it always plays a major part in it. Personally, I believe that this is true, music has a long history in our cultures and I shall explain my reasons for this statement in this essay.
There is no doubt that music is different in every culture. Music always has its own richness, its own meaning, its own taste and its own history. Individuals from every part of the world express their cultures through music. Through music, people get to know others about their past, about their history, about their lifestyle. Therefore, individuals develops a taste and begin to explore other cultures. For Instance, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, a well known qawal, used his sense of music to write and sing about his love for the importance of his religion Islam. Furthermore, It is cultural music that has always brought nations together like people from sub-continent.
Moreover, Music has become a source for different age groups to vibe together. Nowadays, People are having depressed and stressed lives and for them music is a medium for them to cheer their moods. To cite an example, A concert named “Tomorrow land” happens every year in Europe for charity, where people from different races and ages go and enjoy their moments. They get to know each other by their taste in music.
In conclusion, Music has its own richness everywhere around the globe, through which people connect with others. Therefore, i m with the opinion that music always been a important factor in bringing humanity together.
