Many individuals claim that students have to take daily physical activities as their compulsory education program. While some think that is much better for school children to have a full academic studies timetable. I strongly believe that spending most of their time studying can cause lots of health issues as well as exercise is the crucial part of students’ development in both physical and mental health.
First of all, spending most of their time on studies can cause a wide range of health problems that outweigh that advantage. The overuse of processed foods and energy products to shorten the sleeping time can cause obesity, heart attack, diabetes, organs failure, etc. Moreover, tests’ result anxiety is one of the main reasons of young people committed suicide. A survey conducted by Japan ministry of health showed that more than a third of annual suicide cases came from students suffered from highly study pressure.
In addition, physical education across academic periods can help learner acquire knowledge effectively. Many researchers claimed that when doing a short outdoor activity before class can increase vesicular system flow throughout all of the bodies that helps brain cell absorb more oxygen and nutrition for the enhancement of the nerve cells. Furthermore, children have to participate in outdoor activities to keep fit in order to get a better chance of making new relationships. For example, students who have a fit body are often much more confident in every conversation with new friends.
In conclusion, while studying in a full-time academic timetable is the main cause of a wide range of health malfunctions, compulsory daily exercise in school not only help student increase effectiveness on each lesson but also gain them confidence in every relationship.
