The priority of the school funding of hard infrastructure and soft infrastructure for the students benefit is controversial . Some people consider equipping the school with appropriate laboratories , mindful of improving the understanding of the students, but others regard that employing high level educated teachers , would be more reasonable feat for that goal . In my opinion , both infrastructures are substantial for students schooling process.
Students comprehension is believed to bond up with support of the school’s laboratories . Providing practical experience that enable the students to have a clearer vision and deeper understanding to what they are studying theoretically is a key feature of equipped laboratory. Once the laboratory is full of materials , for example, biological laboratory is supplied with human models which illustrate human structures and organisms such as heart kidney and head …etc , students would have rooted and precise information of of their curriculum.Thus ,the primer issue should schools consider is spending on laboratories . In my opinion obviously hard infrastructure such as, laboratories is of paramount importance for the educational process. It is assist in elaborating the lessons and ideas to ensure that the students acquire good understanding.
However, it is thought that the students comprehension bond up with investing to hire teachers who have studied at leading universities. Receiving high educational level at the university enable the teacher to explain curriculum to the student comprehensively and answering the questions clearly . For example , biology teacher who has graduated from Cambridge has a massive understanding to biology. So when they give lessons of human organisms ,they can explain their functions and how it works in a smooth methods , so the students understand .My perspective is the soft infrastructure is critical , teachers should have fulfill understanding to their fields and several approach to manipulate different level of students mind to help them receive the information correctly.
Ultimately, while some people think that the school Laboratories should be developed to improve students understandings , others believe that interest of teachers educational background is more important. In my opinion , both elements are crucial to guarantee valuable education.
