Some individuals believe that It is much out of date to have a job with only a company. In my opinion, I totally agree with this statement, while having more separate jobs is useful and better than a carrer with one company.
It is believed that many people find it too easy to take a job with only a company because they do not want to work much, and willing with an unchanged salary. This can lead to the fact that they cannot express their own abilities through other fields, look forward to a meaningful job for them. For example, many people have wrong selections when they begin their career : many people are good at math have to work in agriculture, which not suitable for them, lead to their potential cannot use.
However, It is effective to have several different jobs because the fact that although people have to work more per day, the salaries they received also higher. Moreover, individuals research more oppotunities as well through the various jobs they do. For example, many counterparts will search and find to people who are good at diverse jobs, and want to work together. In addition, individuals have a substantial economy when they retired from the high salaries they received when they work for many different fields.
In conclusion, I agree with the statement that having a particular job with only a company is an old-fashioned one. In contrast, having several separate careers is better for most people.
