Wealth is a clear indicator of success because it often results from years of hard work and talent. For example, a woman who agreed to do several jobs can be taught as a successful person, because she can handle many problems more than the others. As a result, other employees might consider her as a successful person because she could get a higher responsibility and higher position due to her hard work. Therefore, being serious and hard work can be taught as a success.
On the other hand, there are people who take advantage of the position of those closest to them. They give money to that person so that they can have a position that makes them a successful person instantly, this is considered as a “nepo baby” phenomenon. These are individuals who came from wealthy or well-connected families. In this case, wealth may not reflect someone’s hard work or skills but rather a privilege. This can lead people to think about whether wealth is a truly a valid measure of successfulness.
To conclude, I believe that someone’s successful life depends on their hard work. Competing with successful people because of their connections is also very possible for those who work hard. For those who have inherited wealthy or exploiting connections in a bad way, a real success might mean using their privilege for their success.
