In recent years,some people have advocated taking impermanent jobs time to do other things.While I believe that taking temporary jobs has disadvantages, its benefits definitely outweigh the drawbacks.
There are many reasons why people support periodic work.However, the main reason is that it is relatively easy to get.The candidate’s credentials match the job,so he might get the job easily.Secondly, this type of job provides the job holder a sense of freedom to choose their Interest over a company’s demands for a job.Thirdly, doing temporary work, the employee needs much less work experience compared to permanent work.Most industries require at least two or three years of work experience, which puts recent graduates at a loss.
Another benefit of a intrim job is that there is a chance to get a permanent position in that institution if the worker can show enough potential.Last but not least, by going from company to company, a part-time worker gets an opportunity to mix with different people from different circumstances. By mixing and communicating with a diverse circle they can enhance their experience and communication skills.
On the other hand, there are some drawbacks to temporary jobs. The main problem is financial uncertainty as the job might be lost at any time.Also, companies view part-time workers with suspicion because these employees lack responsibility toward the company. Moreover, these workers are excluded from various facilities provided by the institution; such as: health insurance, paid leave or retirement plan. In addition many workers feel isolated and not well respected by their colleagues.
Summing up, we can say that disadvantages of temporary work are far fewer than its advantages. For some people, this job is just a means to find a full-time job, while for others it is a way of life
