It is argued by a number of people that meat is unhealthy to eat. From my point of view, I utterly oppose this statement because it is obvious that meat is important to gain enough protein and humans are developed by the initial dieting habit including meat consumption which means human bodies are supposed maintain their health by eating it. Therefore, people even lack nutrients without meats
Firstly, meat ought not to be excluded because it provides abundant protein and iron, contributing to obtaining muscles significantly. Also, biting bouncy foods can make their jaw muscles stronger, preventing a possibility of poor dental alignment. There is data that shows that individuals who ordinarily have meat recorded a higher health rate than vegetarians and vegans.
Subsequently, human bodies are fundamentally able to gain nutrients from animal-based foods efficiently because the species called homo sapiens has been established by continuing the diet with a certain proportion of them for more than 100,000 years. Moreover, the period they started to have agricultural habits is only 10,000 years ago. This information reveals that eating animal flesh is one of the most essential parts for our health.
In conclusion, in response to the statement that claims that unhealthiness can be emerged by animal product consumption, I absolutely disagree with it because consuming meat is definitely necessary to gain protein and iron, and the human species has been developed through a meat-containing diet.
