On the one hand, individuals ought to have the right to wear what they want. I think that they may wear what they want, but some companies have their own uniforms, while some companies do not have uniforms. On the other hand, they may wear their comfortable and beautiful clothes.
However, I feel that employees’ dress is, in my opinion, secondary to the quality of their work because if the workers work well, it is useful for them and the company. I think that uniforms look professional and project a good image.
