Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Many people believe that usage of technology can have a beneficial effect on students’ learning environment. On the contrary, others think that it is better to keep teaching with traditional approach. In my point of view, implementing new technology in teaching methods can help to improve the quality of lessons and to engage more and more students on learning.

For a long time, educational system has followed a widely-known teaching methods using books and notebooks. In fact books constitutes the best tool for acquiring the knowledge. Moreover, reading can help to improve imagination and creativity. For example, while reading real physical books students starting to create a story in their minds, which has a beneficial effect on students’ ability to interpret abstract ideas. However, some individuals get bored while reading books and lost interest for studying at all.

Notwithstanding, traditional methods are more convenient and approachable, adding new technology to educational environment can facilitate learning for students. Many childrens find reading books tedious and lost interest to the subject, whereas technologies can help to make lessons more interesting. For instance, teachers can engage students to a subject by showing them presentations or by making quizz-games using interactive boards that can lead to participation of all students in the lessons. Furthermore, if schools have an access to VR (virtual reality) technology, abstract subjects such as history could be taught more effectively by showing to students the real past events.

In other words, using traditional methods of teaching is also essential for students to build fundamental knowledge, also implementing technologies to the teaching ways can me more effective to obtain the knowledge. As a result, the new advancements in the methods of teaching can enhance the understanding of a subject to the students.
