It is argued that in a significant proportion of crime activities young people are involved. A number of individuals claim that crimes commited by young people should be considered as equal as adults by the administration. Even though young people commit crimes for their lackings of knowledge as they mostly don’t know the regulations. However, I believe that their commiting illigal activities should be treated in the same method as grown ups.
Young people usually less acknowledged regarding the rules of crime activities. In the schools and colleges they often study common subjects such as science, math or arts and business studies. These subjects do not provide them information about crime rules. Consequently, they commit crime without even any nagative intention. For instance, a young boy in China dropped a rock from their roof but, the rock hitted into one’s head. The man was bleeding and he complained to the police. As a result the boy was arrested by the police and locked into a jail as that was a serious crime in China. However, the boy reported afer his redemption from the jail that he didn’t know throwing a rock from the roof was a crime. Moreover, the boy was punished less since he was a teenager or young.
However, I would say that youngstars should be sentenced equally like an adult. This will encourage them to learn about crime rules. In addition, they will keep them away from commiting sins. Otherwise, they will commit illigal activities asuming that punishment is lower for them as they are young. For example, many research revealed that reason behind the crimes commited by a growing number of young people is the punishment systems by the authority. Furthermore, they published in news paper that the extinct punishment systems that adults are the major thing which encourage them more to commit illigal activities.
In conclution, young commit crimes because they don’t have adequate knowledge about crime rules. Nevertheless, they should be treated as same as adults so that they become more concerned.
