Over the last few years, the question whether completion at work, at school and daily life is a good thing has become on of the most controversial one in many parts of the world. Another reason why the claim in that worker try to work in higher position than their team. That is why a lot companies want diligent workers because this type of workers can help company succeed their goal and they will can work higher position like manger.
On the other hand, despite mentioned counter argument it is thought by others that cooperate more, rather than competing against each other. They think this is true mainly due to fact that working at school corporately much more effectively than competing. For instance in school years if children will try to work together they can achieve much more think in classes have another type of potential children some of them good for mathematic or some of them good for literature. Another main reason that they bring is that for cooperate companions can succeed much more thing than competing companies. Thus it make it clear that the work together and succeed companies coal.
To conclude, although some people support the idea that competing at school, at work good thing. Other advocate that working together rather than competing again each other. From my personal point of view I personally agreed with second point of this essay.
