Some individuals point out that potential employees should be selected by their personal quality instead of academic experience and certification. I mostly agree with this idea in terms of their respective aptitude and financial equality.
Indeed, educational background is very useful for deciding whether job candidates are suitable for a position or not. Recently, it is said that the more noted their university , the more competent they become, thanks to educational programs of them. As an illustration, students of Tokyo University, which is regarded as the most competitive university in Japan has significantly contributed to japanese economy and it resulted in their favorable reputation.
Nevertheless, some students cannot demonstrate their ability although they graduated from respected universities, because they do not have enough aptitude for the occupation. For example, people who got a master degree of a famous university can struggle to work as a member of sales department due to the paucity of communication skill. Moreover, some person can illustrate their ability even though they did not graduate any educational institution. For instance, some people who do not graduate college are needed because they are very passionate to their profession. Regarding financial equality, some job seekers can be hired because of their relationships although they do not have sufficient ability for the position. They are prone to be arrogant because of their strong relations, which can be harmful for their colleagues.
In conclusion, I personally state that recruiters should not decide whether they should hire workers or not by utilizing their academic backgrounds instead of their personal abilities.
