It’s often argued whether environmental issues can be solved individually without any authoritative enforcement, or if it is impossible to overcome this problem and to achieve an effective outcome without any government intervention . In my opinion the necessity of the state power for taking care of the major problems of society, such as environmental ones shouldn’t be ignored.
On the one hand there is a belief which emphasizes the efficiency of individual solutions upon critical environmental challenges such as pollution, extinction of of breeds, global warming and etc is sufficient. This approach is consistent with itself because it advocates that society consists of the individuals and if a personal difference can be created, one by one, all society can change and an improvement in environmental will be arised invetiably.
On the other hand there is a fact that, it is almost absurt to believe a whole society can be changed by personal influence in a decent amount of time which is required to prevent the situation from becoming irreversible. Government has an enormous power to found facilities, enforce citizens by legislation to reduce their harmful actions or take numerous additional procautions. For instance, to increase the amount of recycled materials for the sustainability ,factories and a huge economic support is desperately needed and they can be done only by the government .
In conclusion, extensive and profound impacts of environmental drawbacks need a deep-seated and substaintal solutions which can only managed by a strong authority such as government. If the problem in question is massive, also great and proficient measures are required to deal with them.
