Nowadays, some individuals believe people should work hard and persevere to succeed in life. Others think that there are other aspects to be considered. This essay aims to discuss both ideas and give my opinion.
To begin with, people who want to succeed need to work like horses and have determination because some people who strive reach their goals. For example, Kobe Bryant who was a basketball superstar. Before, he did not perform well and failed many times,and someone told him to give up, but he practiced very hard everyday and never gave up. Eventually, he became an NBA champion many times. Many people make an effort to work and then obtain high positions jobs. Hence, if someone wants to achieve something, they should have these characteristics.
Although working hard is important and has benefits. If people wish to preserve their accomplishments, they also need to have other abilities like innovation and relative professional skills. For example, Former CEO of Apple, Steve Jobs, has a lot of merits, he usually pays attention to technology and keeps studying different skills such as trying to make a cartoon company once. He supports his staff who create new things and accept lower position people feedback or advice. Therefore, except for hard work and jugement factors, they also need other abilities to be successful.
In conclusion, although being a hard worker and having determination can help a person succeed in life, we also need to consider other factors such as creativity and professional skills.
