In 21st century people wishes to get a good retirement at a right age and time but people thinks that having a set retirement age of all occupation is unfair let’s discuss about the various types of workers and their benefits of retirements.
Firstly people who works in teaching an administrative areas can have the set retirement age because they work in soft skills areas in their entire life so that they might not be suffered a lot physically search in workers like government teachers nurses doctors office administrators supporting staffs Railways revenues officers were gone through a more mens works then the physical activities the set of people can get the retirement around 60 and more.
Secondly people who serves for our country like militance fire fighters police Officer’s and Navy officers should get an early retirement at the age of 35 to 40 years these officers who stays away from their friends families and put their life in danger for us to have a peaceful life where struggle the more mentally and physically start the services at an early stage because of age eligibility they have to be physically fit to fight against the Enemies they have to be mentally strong and should be capable of to get away from all communication personally considering all the struggles these people should get an early retirement to lead a peaceful and happy life as a normal people.
In the conclusion I totally agree with the statement that there should not be a common retirement age of all type of workers certain workers should get in early retirement and receive a pension according to the work of nature
