Nowadays, many people argue that it is better to involve more public speaking skills in the school programm. In my opinion, it is good idea, because it is would be better for students’ future and also living in society. In this essay I will tell why it is.
First of all, involving presentation skills in the school curriculum is great idea. In these days speaking skills are crucial for every person which want to get a good job or increase sales in their buissness. Companies want to hire people with good communication skills and if the school would provide it by including more public presentations in curriculum, it would be great as pupiles would increase communications skills from the young age. For example, in the United States public speakings already involved into the school programm and it is known that americans are very open-minded personas with good communication skills; additionally, the USA’s labour market is the most competitive in the world as its workers has good speaking and presentation skills.
Second major argument that schools should include more speakings lessons in the programm is that it is would be better for society. Like I said above, these changes in the school curriculum would provide a increase in communication skills for students, therefore, they would feel a lot better in society by creating good connections. Great speaking skills makes a more comfortable socialising and dialogue. For example, in the same USA, which have this type of school programm, most of the people does not have any problems to socialising, many people are open to dialogue and connections. Additionally, culture of “small-talk”, which is a good instrument to communication, coming from the USA.
In concluision, speaking and presentation skills are important in the modern world. I totally agree that it is better to involve more speaking and presentation skills in the school curriculum as it is provides a better future and way of living for students.
