There are varying opinions from people on whether living in a small town is better or in a big city. I believe, it all comes down to lifestyle and how people want to spend their lives. There will always be key points where each of the options might present to be more beneficial while in some aspects not very appealing.
To begin with, living in small town has it’s own prospects such as less crowd, lower pollution and a calmer lifestlye. Due to lower population, neighbours and families are more closer and generally might have stronger relationships. With that said, you are much likely to be more connected to individuals around you, which cannot be often said about a city lifestyle.
On the other hand, living in a big city has it’s own advantages such as better job opportunities, access to wide range of private services, and opportunity to connect with new people. In terms of job opportunities, big cities are clear winners as most of the large corporations will be establised in cities, which as a result present with numerious positions. In addition to that, companies will always target big cities to launch their services. For example, if Amazon introduces a drone delivery service, they are much likely to profit operating in a city where there are millions if not hundreds of thousands of people, in contrast to a few thousand in a town setup. To conclude, the decision to either live in a town or a big metropolies comes down to each individual and how they want to continue their journey of life. Personally, I prefer living a city because I find quality of life much better.
