In any workplace where different kind of people work together faces unlike issues very often which needs to be resolved by someone in the that workplace. Certain people have a belief that only top management should be a part of that decision-making while on the contrary other people think that even small-scale employees should also be a part of it. It is important It would not be a wise idea to jump to the final verdict until we analyze in unbiased way, As far as my opinion is concerned I must say that only upper level of management have the authority to resolve the issues.
According to some people small-scale employees should have a part of this decision-making because as per their point of view top management only take decisions which can only be beneficial to them, while small-scale employees will be stranded with no choice but to agree with the decision they make. Some people also think that since small-scale employees are also a part of the organisation and therefore they should also be included in this decision making, and by adding them into this scenerio small-scale employees would have a sense of importance to be included in everything.
On the other hand other people’s have a point of view that only top management should have influence on decision-making, the main reason of this is people in higher management of any organization have much higher experience than small-scale employees and they have been through different kinds of problems their professional work life. It is also set to believe that top management should only take part of this decision making because they are seniors of any company and they will make decision which can be beneficial for every level of employee in an organization.
From my point of view I think only higher level of management in a company should be allowed to make any decision when any issue arises, since I has been a part of several organizations and experienced both type of companies where only in some top management where allowed to take decisions and in others small-scale employees where also included and I have came to a conclusion that companies in which higher level management make decision on behalf of everyone are better than the others where everyone is a part of decision-making, where as in companies where everyone was a part of decisions faced additional problems because everyone has different opinions to resolve an issue and that can create a new problem.
After discussing both sides I am forced to conclude that only top management should be a part of any decision-making since the advantage of that outweighed the disadvantages of including small-scale employees by a big margin.
