Family and its relationship are pivotal for individuals’ and society’s mindset and becoming more well-being. While some advocate for “the smaller the family the better” concept. In contrast, others argue that large family has more advantages than small ones. the essay will critically evaluate these two different points of view and provide a reasoned opinion.
Firstly, proponents of the idea of small family assert that when families have a small number of members, they could be more attentive to themselves; Becoming more financially stable and having more potential to get higher degrees. For instance, The Egyptian president Abdulfattah El Sisi initiated a campaign to spread awareness among the Egyptian people specially in the countryside and encouraging them to have maximum number of 2 or 3 children. This campaign was really efficient and the birth rates in countryside dramatically deceased which effected the quality of the people’s lifestyle.
Conversely, some contend that big families have many advantages like they can get each other back if anyone is in trouble and in the future, member will help the family financially and take care of elder in the best possible way due to their number. For example, many movies in Hollywood discussed the importance of this bond as the iconic “The god father” triptych which highlighted that the bigger the family the stronger this bond.
In conclusion, both sides have a valid point to prove and even small or large family the bond among the members is the most important thing, However, it’s arguable that small house should be prioritized because of aiming for better life, education and dreams.
