Socialisation has a significant impact on daily life because we meet different people everyday. We notice human behaviour and their actions. Many people believe that it is a good idea to socialise with work colleagues in the evenings or at weekends. Other people think that it is important to keep working life totally separate from social life.
To begin with, many workers spend weekends or evenings with their friends and teammates. They feel very fresh and comfortable to lavish their time with company fellows. We learn different things from the environment, such as how we will react in public places. Some colleagues are spending their free time at work due to their promotion. On the other hand, teamwork is more essential than individual work. They can arrange a picnic for the official meetings because this is a better way to work with confidence and with a fresh mind.
Moreover, some people pass weekends with their families because they believe that families are a huge source of happiness and comfort. Many workers are not taking a rest in their free time. The workplace is often filled with various pressures, such as job demands, expectations from superiors, and challenging work environments. This routine will cause a bad impact on mental and physical health.
From my perspective, teammates should focus on work in their offices during office hours. Companies should arrange a comfortable environment for their workers because the office environment is so meaningful for their good work.
To sum up, many teammates spend weekends or evenings with their friends and colleagues. They feel very firm and cosy with their company fellows. Social bonding can enhance work performance.
