A segment of society believes that 60 should be the mandatory retirement age, and people should not be permitted to work beyond this limit. In my opinion, I totally agree with this statement that people must retire and stay free from jobs because, at that age, individuals should focus on family, health, staying calm, composed, and so on. People must earn enough money to live evenly after 60 so that they cannot be dependent on anyone financially.
Conversely, retirement at age 60 allows them to pursue activities that bring joy and fulfillment, without any pressure of a 9-to-5 job. This, in turn, can lead to improved mental and physical health, as well as a greater sense of purpose and satisfaction. Additionally, they are also able to contribute to society. It can create job opportunities for younger people to enter the workforce, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to industries. This can lead to increased innovation, productivity, and economic growth. Industries also get a chance to explore the young minds’ ideas, creativity, and perspectives.
To summarize, I strongly agree that 60 should be the mandatory retirement age. It allows individuals to focus on their personal well-being, pursue their passions, and maintain financial independence. While some argue that this will be unfair to many citizens, my opinion stands firm on the benefits, as they outweigh the drawbacks. So, people should indulge themselves in worshipping God or the universe and live healthy, happy lives.
